CasildART proudly presents About Love, a group exhibition featuring six artists who each
respond, through their unique lens, to the enduring subject of love.
Love, in all its vast and varied expressions, has long been one of humanity’s most powerful creative forces. The exhibition features a unique and exclusive work by Dr. Hassan Aliyu, created specifically for the show, exploring the hopelessness of love in a dystopian world, which will be revealed at the opening.
Other artists in the show include: Anthony Daley, Roisin Jones, Alexandra Moskalenko, Farnaz Gholami and Diana Rosa, diverse group of artists whose practices explore love in all its tenderness, complexity, resilience, and transformative potential for both individuals and communities.
Across these works, love emerges not only as an emotion but as an energy that shapes the world around us. Some paintings celebrate love between people: the quiet intimacy of connection, the courage of vulnerability, and the joy found in shared moments. Others reflect a deep reverence for nature, reminding us that love also lives in the landscapes that sustain us, in the delicate balance of ecosystems, and in our responsibility to protect the earth. Still others illuminate love as a driving force for knowledge, creativity, and growth—an affection for learning, teaching, and the lifelong pursuit of understanding.
Together, they invite us to consider how love takes root in our own lives and how it shapes the ways we see, feel, and act. Above all, this exhibition celebrates love as a universal thread that binds us to one another and to the world we share.
